1. General Provisions
1.1. These goods purchase–sale rules (hereinafter – the Rules) are a legally binding document for the Parties, which establishes the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when the Buyer purchases goods in the online store. 1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements set out in legal acts. The Buyer is informed on the online store’s website. When shopping in the online store, the Rules valid at the time of placing the order apply. 1.3. The following persons have the right to buy in the online store:
- legally capable natural persons, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by court order;
- minors from 14 to 18 years of age, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they independently manage their income;
- legal entities;
- authorised representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.
1.4. By confirming the Rules, the Seller also guarantees that, in accordance with point 1.3 of the Rules, the Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store. 1.5. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart in the online store, indicated the delivery address, chosen the payment method and familiarised themselves with the Seller’s Rules, clicks the “Confirm order” button. 1.6. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store.
2. What personal data is collected?
- The information you provide: place of residence (address), name, surname, telephone number, email address.
- Information about the use of the website (IP addresses, visit statistics, demographic situation and other data used for analysis).
3. How is your information used?
Information is used for the following purposes:
