1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These purchase–sale rules (hereinafter – the Rules) are a legally binding document for both parties, defining the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, conditions for purchasing and paying for goods, procedures for product delivery and return, the responsibilities of the parties, and other aspects related to the purchase and sale of goods in the adverteco.lt online store.
The Seller reserves the right to change or supplement these Rules at any time.
All arising disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no mutual agreement is reached, issues are resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. PURCHASING GOODS IN THE ONLINE STORE
2.1. Select the products, add them to your cart, and click “Buy Now”.
2.2. Register or shop as a guest.
2.3. Fill in or confirm your contact information.
2.4. Choose your preferred delivery and payment method.
2.5. Check whether the order and contact information are correct and confirm the order.
3. PRODUCT PRICES, TERMS, AND PAYMENT METHODS
3.1. Product prices are indicated in euros.
3.2. The adverteco.lt online store has the right to change the prices of products sold in the store without prior notice.

4. PRODUCT RETURNS
4.1. What you need to know when returning products purchased in the adverteco.lt online store:
4.1.1. A high-quality and unused product can be returned within 7 working days from the date of delivery. You must inform us by email at info@adverteco.lt (please indicate the order number, return reason, and list of items to be returned).
4.1.2. If the reason for returning the product is poor quality (e.g., manufacturing defect) or you received a different product than the one ordered, we undertake to replace the low-quality item with a proper one at our own expense.
4.1.3. Low-quality products are exchanged or returned according to the “Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items,” approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy on June 29, 2001.
4.1.4. High-quality products are returned according to the procedure established in the “Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services When Contracts Are Concluded Using Communication Means,” approved by Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy on August 17, 2001. In this case, return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
4.2. When returning goods, the following conditions must be observed:
4.2.1. The returned product must be in its original and undamaged packaging.
4.2.2. The product must not be damaged by the Buyer.
4.2.3. The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective film not removed, etc.) (this does not apply when returning a defective item).
4.2.4. The returned product must be in the same set as received by the Buyer.
5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
5.1. We guarantee:
5.1.1. The security of the personal data provided by the Buyer (name, surname, address, phone number, email address, etc.) on the adverteco.lt online store.
5.1.2. Personal information will be used only for executing the purchase–sale transaction.
5.1.3. Personal information will not be transferred to third parties without your consent.
5.1.4. Your personal information will be used only for the purchase–sale transaction, except in cases regulated by Lithuanian law.
6. CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE–SALE AGREEMENT
6.1. To purchase goods sold in the adverteco.lt online store, the Buyer must read the purchase rules and conditions.
6.2. In the payment information section, the Buyer must confirm that they have read the rules and conditions.
7. BUYER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
7.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the adverteco.lt online store and undertakes to comply with these purchase–sale rules.
7.2. The Buyer has the right to return the goods purchased in the adverteco.lt online store (see section 4).
7.3. The Buyer undertakes not to disclose their login data to third parties. If the Buyer loses their login details, they must immediately inform the adverteco.lt store administration by email at info@adverteco.lt.
7.4. If the Buyer’s registration data changes, they must immediately update it.
7.5. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods at the time of delivery without a valid reason, they must cover the delivery costs.
7.6. By using the adverteco.lt online store, the Buyer agrees to these purchase–sale rules and undertakes to follow them.
8. SELLER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
8.1. If the Buyer intentionally or unintentionally harms or attempts to harm the operation of the online store and/or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the adverteco.lt store, and in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer’s registration.
8.2. Due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (force majeure) or other important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
8.3. The Seller undertakes to ensure all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store.
8.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Buyer’s ordered goods to the address specified by the Buyer under the conditions stated in these rules.
8.5. If, due to important reasons, the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered product, they must offer an equivalent or as similar as possible product. If the Buyer refuses to accept the equivalent or similar product, the Seller must refund the Buyer within 3 (three) working days if advance payment was made.
9. LIABILITY
9.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. If incorrect data is provided, the Seller is not responsible for resulting consequences.
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for the security of their login data, and if passed to third parties, any actions taken in the online store using the data become the Buyer’s responsibility.
9.3. The Buyer is responsible for their actions performed when using the online store.
9.4. If the Seller’s online store contains links to other companies’, institutions’, organisations’, or individuals’ websites, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities on those sites, does not maintain or control them, and does not represent those companies or individuals. In case of damage, the responsible party compensates the other for direct losses.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
The Seller reserves the right to change or supplement these Rules at any time.
